Get the body you deserve with Aloe Vera

I was blessed to grow up with Asian immigrant parents who introduced me to natural remedies. Whether I had mosquito bites or headaches, tiger balm and Aloe Vera were always the cure. Who needs a doctor when your grandmother has every home remedy possible?

 

My grandmother was born and raised in colonial Indonesia during the Dutch occupation of the country. She couldn’t complete school beyond basic education. Still, she became a very wise woman and mastered many skills. My grandmother was raised in a 100 percent organic environment. With near zero pollution, she ate healthily and believed that natural holistic healing is always best. I’m used to using Aloe Vera every day because my mother and grandmother instructed me from an early age into Jamu, a form of traditional Indonesian medicine passed down from mother to daughter. This article will focus on my top 3 tips on how to use Aloe Vera in every aspect of your life to get the body and health you deserve!

 

In our household, we still use the Indonesian name for Aloe Vera which is known as Lidah Buaya (Crocodiles Tongue). Aloe Vera has a great healing effect on the body, especially regarding skin conditions. The leaf extracts are used in skin-care products and shampoos. Aloe Vera substances are being used for external and internal use in different drink preparations. You can imagine that I’ve been really excited to share all my knowledge and personal experience with you about the amazing benefits of this majestic plant. Aloe Vera has been known for its healing powers since ancient time. Aloe Vera gel contains two hormones: auxin and gibberellins. These two hormones provide wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce skin inflammation. Gibberellin in Aloe Vera acts as a growth hormone stimulating the growth of new cells. The clear gel contained within the leaf makes an excellent treatment for wounds, burns, scratches, insect bites, and even wrinkles and other skin disorders. Cleopatra applied the gel to her body as part of her beauty regimen, the ancient Greeks who used it to cure everything from baldness to insomnia to the Native Americans who called Aloe Vera the “Wand of the Heaven.

 

  1. How to use Aloe Vera for detoxing and weight loss

Aloe Vera speeds up the rate of detoxing and healing. I was already familiar with drinking the juice when I was younger. This time I decided to try a certified organic juice. I tried Forever Clean 9 as an “expertly-devised cleansing plan”, designed to “cleanse your body and adjust your mindset”. The plan is based on Forever’s Aloe Vera gel drink and supplements, as well as daily exercise and calorie-controlled eating. Over the first two days, you have to drink the Aloe Vera gel and take a number of tablets four times a day, along with one 300 calories lean protein shake at lunchtime. My results

I’m really enthusiastic about a cleaner way of eating and think I may continue this approach. I’m even more energized than usual, evidence for which is the fact that I don’t need a nap at 3 pm. I am not exaggerating when I say it changed my life! It made me think very differently about the food I ate and gave me hope that one day I would be able to take part in sports again. This plan made me give up my beloved flavored lattes and cappuccinos!

During my childhood, I had to deal with eczema. My grandmother had told me that Aloe Vera can be used as a natural cure to relieve the itching pain.
